I believe I am correct - hired drivers get the same jobs and amount off the various markets as you do. Also, like you, they make money money once they boost their XP and become a driver with a 10.0 rating. A new hire with a 0.8 and 1.7 rating makes much less than a 10.0 driver.

Don’t hire drivers that have points in Ecodriving those are wasted points. For leveling up drivers I do it the same as I do with my driver which I explain below. You can change what skills they level up on the driver manager section. For skills on my driver and AI drivers I go in this order: first 2 skill points on long distance.
