Definitely worth of visiting. The price is more than fair, considering other activities for tourists in Cesky Krumlov. I also appreciated the lady behind the cashier. She was very friendly. I had a feeling that she doesn't speak any other than Czech language so good that I understand. The first floor contains 64 mirrors that you walk in-between.

Re: 2 days in Cesky Krumlov itself - or spend 1 day at Lipno. Horní Planá is probably your best bet it you don't have your own transportation. You can catch the train. It's a small town near the lake. It also has the Adalbert Stifter museum. Frymburk is arguably the nicest resort. It's doable by bus from CK.

Krumlov is much larger than Hallstatt, but still a small town. It has much more to explore and discover, but is not as utterly chilled out as Hallstatt. We liked the food better in Krumlov, but again it depends on what you like (sausages vs. goulash). It all depends what you want to get out of your vacation.
The trip from Prague to Cesky Krumlov is a little long but the scenery there is worth it. Sadly the castle interior was closed for visits, but we walked through the courtyards and the viewing platform and we could take many great pictures there.
